Telegram everywhere
Open, LowPublic

Description

We currently only have approval to have the Telegram bridge (TeleIRC) on #lubuntu-devel. The unfortunate thing is that we publish this so often have offtopic and/or support questions showing up there. It would be nice if we had supergroups for all the channels so we could better direct traffic and keep things on top.

Currently, Unit193 finds the Telegram bridge confusing and there seems to be some consensus among ops that it may not be appropriate for unlogged channels (like offtopic).

At time of writing, I know an email has been sent to the IRC Council mailing list.

It's blocked by that at the moment. I'm waiting for a response.

In the meantime, all Lubuntu channels are bridged to Telegram groups, but I'm the only one in the offtopic and support ones.
