The Lubuntu CI/CD is more or less only triggering builds on launchpad.net.
Therefore it is not necessary to keep all logs of all jobs.

Limit the ci-unstable artifacts to 30 and keep it only 30 days.
With 30 artifacts, we are still able to see a build trend and
investigate when necessary.

Check that Jenkins keeps less ci-unstable builds than ci-stable builds.
