this will change the panels icons from this

to this

the ONLY icon that is bad after and good before is nm-tray, nm-applet looks good. We could try to fix the icon in nm-tray or for now go with nm-applet as we once thought with @tsimonq2

Just needs one change, otherwise it looks good to me.
