• Manually upload to Backports Staging and prod until all of the packages are built.
• Put out a call for testing and wait a week for feedback suggesting things are broken. Draft is here.
• Move (copy + wait for publisher + delete) all sources AND binaries from Backports Staging to Backports. Announce.
