I recently glued together a few projects to make ppa-britney, which runs automated tests on packages before releasing them into other PPAs, independent from Bileto.

Right now this involves defining some environment variables, and I need to go through and thoroughly document how it all fits together so other people on the team can contribute to it and other projects can use it.
