Change default screenshot utility to screengrab from lximage-qt.

Description

An upstream issue has been filed indicating they will be making a change to screengrab. We will need to adjust the seed so that we add screengrab and change the .desktop file for lximage --screenshot so that it doesn't show in the menu.

there also need to be changed globalkeyshortcuts to open screengrab instead of "lximage-qt -s" @The_LoudSpeaker, but only when we update meta
Question, the .desktop in usr/share/applications/ is from us or from lxqt team?
