We've got new upstream versions of LXQt](https://github.com/lxqt/lxqt/releases/tag/0.16.0) and it looks like few of the packages merged. We've already got D103 going for lxqt-build-tools which, along with liblxqt, libfm-qt and libqtxdg, is probably the first of the bunch we should work on.
